How Can We Help You?

 FAQs about Personal Property E-filing

If you purchased an existing business, do not complete the on-line return using the previous owner’s password or account number. Contact Property Appraisal for more specific instructions at (907) 343-6770.

Business Property returns must be postmarked or filed electronically by April 20 each year to be considered timely. E-filing is no longer available after the filing period.
