The 2009 series of local amendments to the building codes are currently under review for update and adoption. Click here for a list of code review committee meeting times. 2006 Local Amendments

These are the  local amendments for the 2006 series of codes. They were adopted by the Anchorage Assembly on January 29, 2008 and became effective January 30, 2008.

Amendments can be viewed on-line for free, or purchased from Building Safety at 4700  Elmore Road.
