What is Title 21

Title 21 is the Municipality's laws on Land Use which includes the zoning and subdivision laws. It is one title of the Anchorage Code of Ordinances. Title 21 can be examined at all Municipal libraries, at the Planning Department, at the Municipal Clerk's Office, and at the Municipality's website.
