The TIP is a four year document that sets in motion projects included in the Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) and other specific plans for vehicular, pedestrian, bicycle, and transit travel. The TIP programs the federal funding resources needed to implement these plans and the schedule for using them. The Policy Committee adopted the 2015-18 TIP at their August 28, 2014 meeting.
