Public Safety Advisory Commission
The Public Safety Advisory Commission (PSAC) identifies broad public safety issues of concern to the citizens of the municipality and advises the Mayor and Assembly on these issues. The PSAC accomplishes this by soliciting input from the public and working closely with the Anchorage Police Department, Anchorage Fire Department, and Office of Emergency Management to identify trends and problems that may arise.
The Public Safety Advisory Commission meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:00PM* in the Fire Training Center, Building A, rooms 1 & 2. Building A is located at 1140 Airport Heights Dr. Please refer to map for available parking. Click here for a map.
* September 11, 2013 PSAC meeting will be held at 7pm, following the 9/11 ceremony at the Anchorage FIre Department.
