Assembly Resolution No. 2012-63 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $5,000 as a donation from Northrim Bank to the Office of the Mayor, Miscellaneous Operational Grants Fund (261) to be used for Mayor’s Education Summit. Assembly Resolution No. 2012-87 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating the sum of $193,461 from the State of Alaska (SOA), Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOTPF) to the Public Works Department, Maintenance & Operations Division State Categorical Grants Fund (231) and to authorize the Transfer of Responsibility Agreement (TORA) with the DOTPF for AMATS arterial roadway dust control. Assembly Resolution No. 2012-88 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating an amount Not To Exceed $111,000 as a contribution from the 2012 Operating Budget, Real Estate Department Areawide General Fund (101) to the Areawide General CIP Fund (401) for payment of principal and interest on an inter-fund loan for the Eagle River Town Center in the Real Estate Services Division.

Assembly Resolution No. 2012-90 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $118,817 as a grant from the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities and a contribution to fund Central Service Agencies support to the grant of $2,376 from the Department of Public Transportation 2012 Operating Budget Areawide Fund (101) to the Public Transportation Capital Improvement Fund (485), Public Transportation Department, for the purchases of a paratransit Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS), Mobile Data Terminals (MDT) and software updates and $67,433 as a grant from the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities and a contribution to fund Central Service Agencies support and the required local match of $18,341 from the Department of Public Transportation 2012 Operating Budget Areawide Fund (101) to the State Direct/Federal Pass-Through Grants Fund (231), Public Transportation Department, for the purchase of connect and other paratransit transportation services.
