Assembly Resolution No. 2012-1 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly approving a minor amendment to the alcoholic beverages conditional use for a Beverage Dispensary Tourism Use and License Number 3945, in the B-2B (Central Business District, Intermediate) District for Columbia Properties Anchorage Limited Partnership, dba Anchorage Downtown Marriott; located within Anchorage Townsite Subdivision, Block 82, Lot 2A; at 820 West 7th Avenue, generally located north of West 6th Avenue, east of I Street, south of East 7th Avenue, and west of H Street (Downtown Community Council) (Case 2012-008). Assembly Resolution No. 2012-2 a resolution recognizing Alfred Hanisch for major contributions to the betterment of the Anchorage community, proclaiming January 31, 2012 as “Alfred Hanisch Day”, and inviting all community residents to enjoy free Museum admission all day on Alfred Hanisch Day, including a special reception from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on January 31, 2012.

Assembly Resolution No. 2012-5 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly stating its protest regarding a new Package Store Liquor License #5114 for Prinillas LLC dba Winter Dreams, located at 2300 East 88th Street, and authorizing the Municipal Clerk to take certain action. Assembly Resolution No. 2012-8 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $22,352 as a grant from the State of Alaska, Department of Natural Resources, Office of History and Archaeology and a contribution of $447 from the 2011 Community Development Department Operating Budget, Areawide General Fund (101) to the Historic Preservation Fund (740) for the replacement of the Pioneer Schoolhouse roof.
Assembly Resolution No. 2012-9 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $65,444 from Cook Inlet Tribal Council, Inc. to the Federal Grants Fund (241) for participation in the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration Strategic Prevention Framework in the Department of Health and Human Services. Assembly Resolution No. 2012-10 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $17,724 from the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services as a supplemental grant award to the State Direct/Federal Pass-Thru Grants Fund (231), for provision of HIV prevention work in the Department of Health and Human Services.
Assembly Resolution No. 2012-11 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $25,000 as a donation from the Wells Fargo Foundation and $1,000 as a donation from First National Bank to the Office of the Mayor, Miscellaneous Grants Fund (261) to be used for Mayor’s Education Summit. Assembly Resolution No. 2012-12 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $6,000 from ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc., to the Miscellaneous Operational Grants Fund (261) Parks and Recreation Department for the support of the Westchester Lagoon Family Skate Program.
Assembly Resolution No. 2012-13 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $508,884 from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant, and appropriating $11,191 from the Anchorage Metropolitan Police Service Area Fund (151), Anchorage Police Department 2011 Operating Budget as a contribution to the Federal Grants Fund (241) Anchorage Police Department, for the purpose of underwriting projects to reduce crime and improve public safety. Assembly Resolution No. 2012-14 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating, when tendered, a Transfer of Responsibilities Agreement (TORA) of $261,552 with the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, to finance the Public Transportation Marketing Program to the State Direct/Federal Pass-Through Grants Fund (231), Public Transportation Department.
Assembly Resolution No. 2012-15 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly in recognition of January 16, 2012 as Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service and commending the Anchorage community for celebrating the legacy of Dr. King with a diversity of community service activities. Assembly Resolution No. 2012-16 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $46,391 from the Chugiak Fire Service Area Fund (104) 2011 Operating Budget, Anchorage Fire Department, as a contribution to the Chugiak Fire Service Area Capital Improvement Fund (404), Anchorage Fire Department, for the purpose of purchasing a fire apparatus pumper/tender.
Assembly Resolution No. 2012-17 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating an amount Not To Exceed $106,000 as a contribution from the 2011 Operating Budget, Real Estate Department Areawide General Fund (101) to the Areawide General CIP Fund (401) for payment of principal and interest on an inter-fund loan for the Eagle River Town Center in the Real Estate Services Division. Assembly Resolution No. 2012-18 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly revising the 2012 General Government Operating Budget by appropriating $134,230 from Areawide General Fund Balance to the Department of Assembly to cover the costs for the 2011 Independent Financial Statement Audit.

Assembly Resolution No. 2012-22 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $31,185 from the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation; and appropriating $686 as a contribution from the 2012 Anchorage Police Department Operating Budget, Anchorage Metropolitan Police Service Area Fund (151) to the State Direct Federal Pass Through Grants Fund (231) Anchorage Police Department, for Seat Belt Enforcement.
Assembly Resolution No. 2012-23 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $12,275 from the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities and $34,550 as a contribution from the 2011 Anchorage Police Operating Budget, Anchorage Metropolitan Police Service Area Fund (151) to the State Grants Fund (231) Anchorage Police Department, for a Safe Routes to School grant. Assembly Resolution No. 2012-24 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $13,000 from the State of Alaska, Alaska Police Standards Council and $286 as a contribution from the 2012 Anchorage Police Operating Budget, Anchorage Metropolitan Police Service Area Fund (151) to the State Grants Fund (231) Anchorage Police Department, for a HEPA Filter replacement grant.
Assembly Resolution No. 2012-25 , a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating$5,000 as a donation from Northrim Bank to the Office of the Mayor, Miscellaneous Operational Grants Fund (261) to be used for Mayor’s Education Summit. Assembly Resolution No. 2012-26 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage re-appropriating $8,520 in unused Historic Preservation Fund (740) contributions for curator services at the Oscar Anderson House Museum as a fund contribution from the 2011 Community Development Department Operating Budget Areawide General Fund (101) back to the Historic Preservation Fund (740).
Assembly Resolution No. 2012-27 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating a grant in the amount of $60,340 from the State of Alaska, Department of Public Safety, Alaska State Troopers Office and $2,951 as a contribution from the Department of Law Operating Budget, Areawide General Fund (101), to the State Categorical Grants Fund (231), for an Anti-Gang Prosecutor. Assembly Resolution No. 2012-28 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $400,000 of Federal Seized and Forfeited Monies to the Federal/State Fine and Forfeiture Fund (257) for use by the Anchorage Police Department.
Assembly Resolution No. 2012-29 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly recognizing and celebrating February 2012 as Black History Month. Assembly Resolution No. 2012-30 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $80,000 from the 2011 Heritage Land Bank Operating Budget and $80,000 from the 2012 Heritage Land Bank Operating Budget to the Heritage Land Bank Capital Fund (421), Real Estate Department, for annual payments to the State of Alaska for the purchase of real property via a five year land sale contract.
