Resolution No. AR 2011-243 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly appropriating $222,663 from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention and $4,897 as a contribution from the 2011 Anchorage Police Operating Budget, Anchorage Metropolitan Police Service Area Fund (151), to the Federal Grants Fund (241), Anchorage Police Department, for the continuation of the Alaska Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Resolution No. AR 2011-244 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $889,607 from the State of Alaska, Department of Public Safety and $27,686 from the 2011 General Government Operating Budget, Department of Health and Human Services Areawide General Fund (101) to the State Direct/Federal Pass-Thru Grant Fund (231) for the Anchorage Domestic Violence Prevention Program in the Department of Health and Human Services.

Resolution No. AR 2011-247 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating a Federal Health and Human Services Grant Award through the State of Alaska, Department of Health and Social Services, in the amount of $572,250 to the State Direct/Federal Pass-Through Grants Fund (231), Public Transportation Department, for Coordinated Senior Transportation Services within the Municipality of Anchorage. Resolution No. AR 2011-248 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly to discuss and clarify policy and direction guidelines for effective collective bargaining and continued negotiations for a labor agreement between the Municipality of Anchorage and the United Association of Plumbers Local 367.

Resolution No. AR 2011-261 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $191,570 of Areawide General Fund (101) Fund Balance to the Heritage Land Bank 2011 Operating Budget Areawide General Fund (101) in the amount of $39,070 for increased cost of the Downtown Transit Center lease and to the Public Transportation Department 2011 Operating Budget Areawide General Fund (101) in the amount of $152,500 for increased fuel costs and appropriating $69,000 of anticipated additional fuel reimbursements to the Public Transportation 2011 Operating Budget Areawide General Fund (101) for the increased cost of fuel. Resolution No. AR 2011-262 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly approving an alcohol beverages conditional use for a Beverage Dispensary Use and License Number 4367, in the B-3 (General Business) District for El Rodeo, Inc., dba El Rodeo Mexican Restaurant; at 385 Muldoon Road; Located on Nevilla Park, Lots 4, 5, and 6; generally located east of Muldoon Road, south of East 3rd Avenue, west of State Street, and north of East 5th Avenue (Northeast Community Council) (Case 2011-107).
Resolution No. AR 2011-263 a resolution adopting the 2012 Housing and Community Development Annual Action Plan, which constitutes the application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and the Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG). This resolution appropriates the annual entitlement grants from HUD, Program Income and Recaptured Funds in the amount of $1,707,768 in Projected CDBG Entitlement, and $385,000 in Projected Program Income, with $946,309 in Projected HOME Entitlement, and $75,000 in Projected Program Income/Recaptured Funds and $82,511 of Projected ESG Entitlement to the Department of Health and Human Services, all to Federal Grant Fund (241). Resolution No. AR 2011-264 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $54,800 from Anticipated Unearned Program Revenues from the Purchasing Department Areawide General Fund (101) to the Purchasing Department (Fund 101) 2011 Operating Budget, for the payment of fees and expenses associated with the disposal of surplus/excess municipal property.
Resolution No. AR 2011-265 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage providing for the appropriation of a donation of $20,000 from Target Corporation to the Anchorage Public Library, Miscellaneous Operational Grants (261), for the Community Read Program 2012. Resolution No. AR 2011-266 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage providing for the appropriation of $3,000, from Friends of the Library donation, to the Anchorage Public Library, Miscellaneous Operational Grants Fund (261) for the purchase of library youth materials.
