Resolution No. AR 2011-31 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly approving an alcoholic and beverages conditional use for a package store use and License Number 5002 in the I-1 (Light Industrial) District, for TCCH, Inc., dba Wine House at Huffman; located at 1320 Huffman Park Drive, Suite 170, on Huffman Business Park Subdivision, Tract 1; generally located south and west of Huffman Park Drive, north of Huffman Road and east of Industrial Drive (Old Seward-Oceanview Community Council) (Case 2011-009). Resolution No. AR 2011-32 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly stating its protest regarding a new Package Store Liquor License # 5002 for TCCH, Inc. dba Wine House at Huffman, located at 1320 Huffman Park Drive Suite 170, and authorizing the Municipal Clerk to take certain action.
Resolution No. AR 2011-33 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $5,500 from the Mountain Park/Robin Hill Rural Road Service Area (RRSA) Fund Balance (118) to the Mountain Park/Robin Hill RRSA BP2010 Operating Budget Fund (118), Public Works Department, Administration Division for annual road maintenance services. Resolution No. AR 2011-34 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly recognizing and celebrating February 2011 as Black History Month.
Resolution No. AR 2011-35 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $31,278 from the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities MS/CVE and $688 as a contribution from the 2011 Anchorage Police Operating Budget, Anchorage Metropolitan Police Service Area Fund (151) to the State Grants Fund (231) Anchorage Police Department, for this Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program grant. Resolution No. AR 2011-36 a resolution appropriating $350,000 from the George M. Sullivan Arena Capital Reserve Account (Fund 401) for capital improvements at the George M. Sullivan Arena in the Office of the Municipal Manager.
Resolution No. AR 2011-37 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly appropriating a $1,012,487 contribution approved in the 2011 General Operating Budget from the Eagle River/Chugiak Parks and Recreation Service Area Fund (162), to the Eagle River/Chugiak Parks and Recreation Service Area Capital Improvement Project Fund (462) for capital maintenance and improvements. Resolution No. AR 2011-38 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly supporting the Alaska Zoo’s funding request to the Twenty-Seventh Alaska Legislature for $425,000.00 to upgrade its vehicle fleet and complete the Zoo Signage/Grounds Improvements Project.

Resolution No. AR 2011-46 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly recognizing and honoring AWWU’s Alaska Dental Action Coalition Award.
Resolution No. AR 2011-47 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly stating its protest regarding a Transfer of Ownership of a Beverage Dispensary Liquor License #3518 and Restaurant Designation Permit for Jalapenos, Inc. dba Jalapenos Mexican Restaurant, located at 11823 Old Glenn Highway, and authorizing the Municipal Clerk to take certain action. Resolution No. AR 2011-48 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly stating its protest regarding a New Brewery Liquor License #5031 for Anchorage Brewing LLC dba Anchorage Brewing Company, located at 717 W. 3rd Ave., and authorizing the Municipal Clerk to take certain action.
Resolution No. AR 2011-49 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly stating its protest regarding a New Beverage Dispensary/Duplicate Liquor License #5030 for Anchorage CLEEK Corporation dba O’Malley’s on the Green, located at 3651 O’Malley Road, and authorizing the Municipal Clerk to take certain action. Resolution No. AR 2011-50 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage providing for the appropriation of donations of $1,013, from Public Donations, to the Anchorage Public Library, Miscellaneous Operational Grants Fund (261) for the purchase of library materials.
Resolution No. AR 2011-51 a resolution adopting recommendations to be forwarded to the Anchorage Metropolitan Area Transportation Solutions (AMATS) Policy Committee regarding an amendment to the FFY 2010–2013 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). Resolution No. AR 2011-56 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly approving an alcoholic beverages conditional use for a Duplicate Beverage Dispensary Use and License Number 5030, in the PLI-p (Public Lands and Institutions - Park) District for the Anchorage CLEEK Corporation, dba O’Malley’s on the Green; located at 3651 O’Malley Road; 200 acres within the southwest corner of Tract C, Section 16, Township 12 North, Range 3 West, Seward Meridian; generally located north of Huffman Road and west of Elmore Road (O’Malley/Huffman Community Council) (Case 2011-026).
