Resolution No. AR 2011-1 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly recognizing and honoring Anchorage Police Officer Jesus Rivera III for his valor, professionalism and service to the community. Resolution No. AR 2011-3 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $37,524 from the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation; and appropriating $825 as a contribution from the 2011 Anchorage Police Department Operating Budget, Anchorage Metropolitan Police Service Area Fund (151) to the State Categorical Grants Fund (231) Anchorage Police Department, for Seat Belt Enforcement. Resolution No. AR 2011-4 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $3,563 from the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities and $973 as a contribution from the 2010 Anchorage Police Department Operating Budget, Anchorage Metropolitan Police Service Area Fund (151) to the state Grants Fund (231), Anchorage Police Department, for the Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) Training Program.
Resolution No. AR 2011-5 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating a supplemental award of $84,750 from the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services as a grant to the State Direct/Federal Pass-Thru Grants Fund (231), for provision of HIV Prevention Work in the Department of Health and Human Services. Resolution No. AR 2011-6 a resolution appropriating a contribution of $100,000 approved in the 2010 General Operating Budget from the Anchorage Bowl Parks and Recreation Service Area Fund (161) to the Anchorage Bowl Parks and Recreation Service Area Capital Improvement Project Fund (461) to increase the capital reserve fund for future pool repairs at Bartlett Pool, Dimond Pool, East Pool, Service Pool and West Pool.
Resolution No. AR 2011-7 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating a private donation of $1,000 to the Miscellaneous Operational Grants Fund (261) Parks and Recreation Department for the purpose of supporting the summer solistice bike rides. Resolution No. AR 2011-8 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage (MOA) appropriating $27,000 from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Grant Program (USFWS) to the Federal Grant Fund (241), Project Management & Engineering Division (PM&E) for Anchorage Low Impact Development (LID) Program in the Watershed Management Section (WMS) Rain Garden Program.
Resolution No. AR 2011-9 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $1,445 for support by central service agencies as a contribution from the Areawide General Fund (101), Public Transportation Department, to the State Direct/Federal Pass-Thru Grants Fund (231), Public Transportation Department and $65,723 from the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration, through the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, to the State Direct/Federal Pass-Thru Grants Fund (231), Public Transportation Department, to assist in the funding of coordinated transportation services for senior citizens and persons with disabilities within the Municipality of Anchorage. Resolution No. AR 2011-10 a resolution adopting an alternative allocation method for the SOA FY11 Shared Fisheries Business Tax Program and certifying that this allocation method fairly represents the relative distribution of significant effects of fisheries business activity in the Cook Inlet Fisheries Management Area.

Resolution No. AR 2011-14 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $122,973 from the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation; and appropriating $2,704 as a contribution from the 2011 Anchorage Police Department Operating Budget, Anchorage Metropolitan Police Service Area Fund (151) to the State Categorical Grants Fund (231) Anchorage Police Department, for Impaired Driving Enforcement.
Resolution No. AR 2011-15 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating a grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation, through the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, for $100,000 to the State Direct/Federal Pass-Thru Grants Fund (231), Public Transportation Department, and a contribution of $2,199 from the Areawide General Fund (101), Public Transportation Department, to the State Direct/Federal Pass-Thru Grants Fund (231), Public Transportation Department, for employment related coordinated transportation services for low income individuals within the Municipality of Anchorage. Resolution No. AR 2011-16 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating a Federal Transit Administration Section 5303 Metropolitan Planning Program grant of $292,114 received through a Transfer of Responsibilities Agreement with the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, to the State Direct/Federal Pass-Thru Grants Fund (231), Public Transportation Department, for financing of the Transit Planning Program along with $73,029 for required local matching funds from the Areawide General Fund (101), Public Transportation Department, to the State Direct/Federal Pass-Thru Grants Fund (231), Public Transportation Department, for financing of the Transit Planning Program.
Resolution No. AR 2011-17 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly honoring and remembering Senior Policy Advisor and former Chief of Staff Larry Crawford. Resolution No. AR 2011-18 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly designating January 17, 2011 as Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service, encouraging volunteerism, and recognizing community service projects honoring the legacy of Dr. King.

Resolution No. AR 2011-20 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $38,500 as a grant from the State of Alaska, Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, to the State Dir/Fed Pass-Thru Grants Fund (231) for continuing implementation of the Anchorage Coastal Management Program, Office of Community Development.
Resolution No. AR 2011-21 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $2,010 from the Bear Valley Limited Road Service Area (LRSA) Fund Balance (144) to the Bear Valley LRSA BP2010 Operating Budget Fund (144), Public Works Department, Administration Division for annual road maintenance services. Resolution No. AR 2011-22 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage, Public Transportation Department appropriating a grant funded by a Transfer of Responsibilities Agreement in the amount of $416,545 with the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, for the Municipal Share-A-Ride Program to the State Categorical Grants Fund (231), Public Transportation Department.

Resolution No. AR 2011-24 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly honoring the partnership Helping Us Give School Supplies (HUGGS) and Coats for Kids and recognizing Wal-Mart Foundation’s Alaska Giving Program donation to the 2011 HUGGS and Coats for Kids annual event.
Resolution No. AR 2011-25 a resolution appropriating a grant in the amount of $58,902 from State of Alaska, Department of Transportation, to State Categorical Grants (Fund 231), Department of Law, for a motions and appeals attorney. Resolution No. AR 2011-26 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly stating its protest regarding renewal of Beverage Dispensary License #4529 for Jong R. and Kenny H. Lee, d.b.a. Samurai Sushi Garden, located at 1265 Muldoon Road, Anchorage, Alaska, and authorizing the Municipal Clerk to take certain action.
