Resolution No. AR 2010-176 a resolution appropriating $25,000 as a donation from the Rasmuson Foundation, $5,000 as a donation from Northrim Bank, and $25,000 as a contribution from the Municipality of Anchorage Certificate of Participation Debt Service Fund (719), to the Office of the Mayor, Miscellaneous Grants Fund (261) to be used for community budget discussions. Resolution No. AR 2010-177 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly approving an alcoholic beverages conditional use for a package store use and License Number 4948 in the B-2C (Central Business District Periphery) District for Skycap International, LLC, dba Alaska Wine & Spirits Package Store; located at 410 “K” Street, Lot 1A, Block 37, L Street Slide Replat; generally located on the west side of “K” Street between West 4th Avenue and West 5th Avenue (Downtown Community Council) (Case 2010-066).
Resolution No. AR 2010-178 a resolution that the Anchorage Assembly encourages all members of Alaska’s congressional delegation to support and vote in favor of S.J. Res. 26. Resolution No. AR 2010-184 a resolution appropriating $85,000 in the form of a reimbursable grant as a donation from the Anchorage Park Foundation to the Anchorage Bowl Parks and Recreation Service Area Capital Project Fund (461) for the purpose of funding the renovation of Woodland Park as part of the 2010 Neighborhood Fix-It Program. Resolution No. AR 2010-185 a resolution appropriating $298,704 of revenue from the State of Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) to the State Categorical Grant Fund (231) to Project Management & Engineering Department (PM&E) for National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit services provided in 2010.
Resolution No. AR 2010-186 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $173,396 of Insurance Recovery Revenue from within the Anchorage Roads and Drainage Service Area (ARDSA) Capital Improvement (CIP) Fund (441) under the Municipal Traffic Department for repair and maintenance of traffic signals and signage. Resolution No. AR 2010-187 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage (MOA) appropriating $131,994 from the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), to the State Dir/Fed Pass-Thru Grants Fund (231), for Amendment Three to a Transfer of Responsibilities Agreement (TORA) for the Anchorage Metropolitan Area Transportation Solutions (AMATS) MOA Traffic Counts 09-11 Program in the Municipal Traffic Department.
Resolution No. AR 2010-188 a resolution appropriating $41,000 in the form of a reimbursable grant as a donation from the Anchorage Park Foundation to the Anchorage Bowl Parks and Recreation Service Area Capital Project Fund (461) for the purpose of funding the renovation of Ira Walker Park as part of the 2010 Neighborhood Fix-It Program. Resolution No. AR 2010-189 a resolution appropriating $241,826 from the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), to the State Dir/Fed Pass-Thru Grants Fund (231), for a Transfer of Responsibilities Agreement (TORA) for the Anchorage Metropolitan Area Transportation Solutions (AMATS) 2011 Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) Update in the Transportation Planning Division.
Resolution No. AR 2010-190 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly recognizing and declaring the week of June 28 – July 2, 2010 as “American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) Week” in the Municipality of Anchorage. Resolution No. AR 2010-191 a resolution recognizing and honoring Phillip J. Manke for his 28 years of service with the Municipality of Anchorage.
Resolution No. AR 2010-192 a resolution appropriating $20,000 in the form of a reimbursable grant as a donation from the Anchorage Park Foundation to the Anchorage Bowl Parks and Recreation Service Area Capital Project Fund (461) for the purpose of funding the renovation of William B. Lyons Park as part of the 2010 Neighborhood Fix-It Program, Parks and Recreation Department. Resolution No. AR 2010-193 a resolution of the Anchorage Assembly approving the updated Records Retention Schedules for the Ombudsman, Police and Fire Retirement, and Transportation Inspection, and the new Records Retention Schedules for the Anchorage Fire Department, the Safety Department, and the Public Finance and Investments Division, in accordance with Municipal Policy and Procedure 52-2.

Resolution No. AR 2010-195 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly stating its protest regarding a transfer of ownership of a Beverage Dispensary/Tourism Liquor License # 10 for Allen Henry Choy, LLC dba Al’s Alaskan Inn, located at 7830 Old Seward Highway and authorizing the Municipal Clerk to take certain action.
Resolution No. AR 2010-195(S) a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly stating its protest regarding a transfer of ownership of a Beverage Dispensary/Tourism Liquor License # 10 for Allen Henry Choy, LLC dba Al’s Alaskan Inn, located at 7830 Old Seward Highway and authorizing the Municipal Clerk to take certain action. Resolution No. AR 2010-196 a resolution appropriating a grant in the amount of $72,371 from the State of Alaska, Division of Alaska State Troopers and appropriating $3,290 as a contribution from the Department of Law 2010 Operating Budget (Fund 101) to the State Categorical Grants Fund (231) for administering the Anti-Gang Initiative Program.
Resolution No. AR 2010-197 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating a supplemental grant award of $290,192 from the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities to the State Direct/Federal Pass Thru Grants Fund (231) to fund the Air Quality Public and Business Awareness Education Campaign in the Department of Health and Human Services. Resolution No. AR 2010-198 a resolution honoring David Olewiler for his 31 years of service to the Municipality of Anchorage.
