Resolution No. AR 2010-61 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $31,278 from the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation & Public Facilities MS/CVE and $1,335 as a contribution from the 2010 Anchorage Police Operating Budget, Anchorage Metropolitan Police Service Area Fund (151), to the State Categorical Grants Fund (231) Anchorage Police Department, for Commercial Vehicle Inspections. Resolution No. AR 2010-62 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $25,410 from the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, and appropriating $1,083 as a contribution from the 2010 Anchorage Police Operating Budget, Anchorage Metropolitan Police Service Area Fund (151) to the State Categorical Grants Fund (231) Anchorage Police Department, for Seat Belt Enforcement.

Resolution No. AR 2010-69 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating up to $200,000 from the Alaska Department of Public Safety as a grant; $4,275 from the 2010 General Government Operating Budget, Department of Health and Human Services Areawide General Fund (101); and $4,275 from the 2010 Resource Management Budget, Anchorage Police Department, Anchorage Metropolitan Police Service Area Fund (151) as matching funds to the State Direct/Federal Pass-Thru Grants Fund (231) for the provision of Sexual Assault Response Team examinations through the Department of Health and Human Services. Resolution No. AR 2010-70 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $168,943 from Anchorage Water & Wastewater Utility (AWWU) Fund (550) and $168,943 from Solid Waste Services (SWS) Fund (563) as contributions to the Heritage Land Bank (HLB) Capital Fund (421) for the Girdwood Industrial Park Ruane Road Improvements Project.
Resolution No. AR 2010-71 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating a $2,998,100 contribution approved in the 2010 General Government Operating Budget from the Maintenance and Operations Department Chugiak, Birchwood, Eagle River Rural Road Service Area (CBERRRSA) Fund (119) to the CBERRRSA Capital Improvement Program Fund (419) for road and drainage improvement projects in the Maintenance and Operations Department. Resolution No. AR 2010-72 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating a $1,009,643 contribution from the Maintenance and Operations Department Areawide Service Area Fund (Fund 101) approved in the 2010 General Government Operating Budget to the Areawide Service Area Capital Improvement Fund (Fund 401) for major municipal facility upgrades and repairs in the Maintenance and Operations Department.
Resolution No. AR 2010-73 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating a $340,000 contribution from the Maintenance and Operations Department Areawide Service Area Fund (101) approved in the 2010 General Government Operating Budget to the Areawide Service Area Capital Improvement Fund (401) to establish a capital reserve fund for future roof repairs at the George M. Sullivan Arena, Anchorage Museum at Rasmuson Center, and Z. J. Loussac Library in the Maintenance and Operations Department. Resolution No. AR 2010-74 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $639,874 as a grant from the Department of Homeland Security FEMA to create a sustainable, risk-based effort for the protection of critical infrastructure as part of the 2009 Port of Anchorage Security Program.
Resolution No. AR 2010-75 a resolution authorizing the use of eminent domain and acceptance of the Decisional Documents for the construction of 40th Avenue Extension, Lake Otis Parkway to Dale Street Project Management & Engineering Project No. 06-11. Resolution No. AR 2010-78 a resolution confirming and levying special assessments for Special Assessment District 04-25, for sediment removal in Campbell Lake, and setting the date of assessment installment payments, interest on unpaid assessments, and providing for penalties and interest in the event of delinquency.
Resolution No. AR 2010-79 a resolution confirming and levying special assessments for Special Assessment District 06-15, which provided street reconstruction and storm drain improvements on 58th Avenue between Arctic Boulevard and Silverado Way, and setting the date of assessment installment payments, interest on unpaid assessments, and providing for penalties and interest in the event of delinquency. Resolution No. AR 2010-80 a resolution confirming and levying special assessments for Special Assessment District 08-10, which constructed a gas line extension to serve the Potter Heights Subdivision Area, and setting the date of assessment installment payments, interest on unpaid assessments, and providing for penalties and interest in the event of delinquency.
Resolution No. AR 2010-81 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly stating its protest regarding a new Club Liquor License #4959 for Anchorage Shrine Club, Inc. dba: Anchorage Shrine Club, located at 1930 E. Northern Lights Blvd. and authorizing the Municipal Clerk to take certain action. Resolution No. AR 2010-82 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly stating its protest regarding a new Theater Liquor License #4958 for Ginger, LLC dba: Ginger, located at 621 W. 6th Avenue and authorizing the Municipal Clerk to take certain action.
Resolution No. AR 2010-83 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly stating its protest regarding the renewal of Restaurant Eating Place Liquor License #3434 for Wae Song dba: Alaska Salmon Chowder House, located at 443 W. 4th Avenue and authorizing the Municipal Clerk to take certain action. Resolution No. AR 2010-84 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly stating its protest regarding the renewal of beverage Dispensary-Tourism Liquor License #4440 for Barratt Inn Mgt Co LLC dba: Crave Bar & Grill, located at 4616 Spenard Road and authorizing the Municipal Clerk to take certain action.
