Resolution No. AR 2010-34 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $104,835 from the Anchorage Metropolitan Police Service Area Fund (151), Anchorage Police Department 2009 Operating Budget, as contribution to the Federal Categorical Grants Fund (241), Anchorage Police Department, for the purpose of funding central services charges related to a COPS Hiring Recovery Program grant.

Resolution No. AR 2010-42 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $13,581 from the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management and a contribution of $488 from Anchorage Areawide Operating Fund (101) Municipal Manager Department, Office of Emergency Management 2010 Operating Budget to the State Categorical Grants Fund (231) for 2009 Citizen Corps Program (CCP) grant activities in the Municipal Manager Department, Office of Emergency Management.
Resolution No. AR 2010-43 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage providing for the appropriation of donations of $1,423, from Public Donations, to the Anchorage Public Library, Miscellaneous Operational Grants Fund (261) for the purchase of library materials. Resolution No. AR 2010-44 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $5,000 from ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc., to the Miscellaneous Operational Grants Fund (261) Parks and Recreation Department for the support of the Westchester Family Skate Program.
Resolution No. AR 2010-45 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating the donation of $1,000 from the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) to the Miscellaneous Operational Grants Fund (261) Parks and Recreation Department for the purpose of supporting the Youth Employment in Parks Program. Resolution No. AR 2010-46 a resolution of the Anchorage Assembly ratifying a Letter of Agreement (IAFF – 003) between the Municipality of Anchorage and the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 1264, regarding Senior Captain downgraded to Captains.
Resolution No. AR 2010-47 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $400,000 of Master Tax-Exempt Lease Proceeds to the Information Technology Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Fund (608), Information Technology Department, for technology upgrades to the Permit Center network infrastructure. Resolution No. AR 2010-48 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $350,000 from the Sullivan Arena Capital Reserve Account (Fund 401) for capital improvements at the George M. Sullivan Arena in the Office of Community Planning and Development.
Resolution No. AR 2010-49 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $250,000 from the Ben Boeke Ice Arena Capital Reserve Account (Fund 461) for capital improvements at the Ben Boeke Ice Arena in the Office of Community Planning and Development. Resolution No. AR 2010-50 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage, Alaska accepting two State of Alaska Drinking Water Fund loan agreements in the aggregate amount of $9,000,000.
Resolution No. AR 2010-51 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage, Alaska, approving the 79th Avenue, Hartzell to Petersburg, Water Intertie and providing for assessment of benefited properties at time of service connection. Resolution No. AR 2010-53 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating a contribution of $1,460,000 from the Anchorage Building Safety Fund (181) Fund Balance to the Areawide CIP Fund (401) in 2009 for completion of the Hansen Project and transferring $507,250 from Master Tax-Exempt Lease/Purchase Agreement (Lease Agreement) Proceeds from the Areawide CIP Fund (401) to the Anchorage Building Safety Fund (181) in 2010, in the Development Services Department. Resolution No. AR 2010-54 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $66,770 from the Anchorage Metropolitan Police Service Area Fund (151), Anchorage Police Department 2009 Operating Budget, as contribution to the Federal Categorical Grants Fund (241), Anchorage Police Department, for the purpose of funding Central Services Charges related to an Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant.
Resolution No. AR 2010-55 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $2,192,595 from the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management and a contribution of $32,291 from the Anchorage Metropolitan Police Service Area Fund (151) Anchorage Police Department 2010 Operating Budget, $6,409 from Anchorage Fire Service Area Fund (131) Anchorage Fire Department 2010 Operating Budget, $5,152 from Anchorage Areawide Operating Fund (101) Public Transportation Department 2010 Operating Budget to the Areawide General CIP Fund (401) for 2009 State Homeland Security Program (SHSP) grant activities in the Municipal Manager Department. Resolution No. AR 2010-56 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating when tendered $4,370,000 from the Federal Aviation Administration Airport Improvement Program Grant, and $115,000 from the State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities Grant, and $115,000 from Airport Unrestricted Net Assets to Merrill Field’s Capital Improvement Fund for the 2010 Merrill Field Rehabilitate Runway 16/34 Improvement.

Resolution No. AR 2010-60 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating the sum of $44,500 from the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority and $1,898 as a contribution from the 2010 Anchorage Police Operating Budget, Anchorage Metropolitan Police Service Area Fund (151) to the State Categorical Grants Fund (231) Anchorage Police Department, for Crisis Intervention Team Training grant.
