Resolution No. AR 2010-295 a resolution adopting the 2011 Housing and Community Development Annual Action Plan, which constitutes the application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and the Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG). This resolution appropriates the annual entitlement grants from HUD, Program Income and Recaptured Funds in the amount of $2,036,598 in Projected CDBG Entitlement, $62,794, $1,068,582 in Projected HOME Entitlement and, $75,000 in Projected HOME Program Income/Recaptured Funds to the Department of Neighborhoods, and this resolution appropriates $85,000 of Projected ESG Entitlement to the Department of Health and Human Services, Federal Grant Fund (241). Resolution No. AR 2010-306 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $35,900 from the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority and $789 as a contribution from the 2010 Anchorage Police Operating Budget, Anchorage Metropolitan Police Service Area Fund (151) to the State Grants Fund (231) Anchorage Police Department, for this Crisis Intervention Team Training Grant. Resolution No. AR 2010-307 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $162,623 from the State of Alaska, Department of Health and Social Services as a grant to the State Direct/Federal Pass-Thru Grants Fund (231), for the Aging and Disability Resource Center in the Department of Health and Human Services.
Resolution No. AR 2010-308 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $102,858 of unappropriated Insurance Recoveries Revenue from the Public Works Department, Maintenance and Operations Division Equipment Maintenance Fund (Fund 601) to the Public Works Department, Maintenance and Operations Division Equipment Maintenance Fund (Fund 601) BP2010 General Government Operating Budget to fund Fleet Maintenance insurance repairs. Resolution No. AR 2010-309 a resolution appropriating $648,500 from Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC), to the Community Development Department as a supplemental grant to State Categorical Grant Fund (231) for the Weatherization Assistance Program in the Division of Neighborhoods.
