Resolution No. AR 2010-263 a resolution appropriating, when tendered, $111,731 from the United States Department of the Interior Geological Survey (USGS) grant to Merrill Field’s Operating Fund (580) for the continued use of 1209 Orca Street as the USGS Hydrologic Resource Center. Resolution No. AR 2010-264 a resolution appropriating $1,217,340 to the Port of Anchorage (Fund 571) as a grant from the Department of Homeland Security FEMA for Security Modernization as part of the 2010 Port Security Grant Program.

Resolution No. AR 2010-275 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $700,000 from the State of Alaska, Department of Health and Social Services as a grant to the State Direct/Federal Pass-Thru Grants Fund (231), for the provision of public health preparedness and response for bioterrorism in the Department of Health and Human Services. Resolution No. AR 2010-283 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $5,000 from Information Technology Fund Balance (Fund 607) to Information Technology Department (Fund 607) 2010 Operating Budget to pay additional cost of issuance fees, and identifying SunTrust Equipment Finance and Leasing Corporation as the finance source for the Enterprise Server Upgrade Project, and approving the SunTrust Master Lease as a source of future financings in an amount Not To Exceed $20,000,000.
Resolution No. AR 2010-284 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $457,915 of Master Tax-Exempt Lease/Purchase Agreement Proceeds to the Information Technology Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Fund (608), and appropriating $18,613 from Information Technology Fund Balance (607) to the Information Technology Fund (607) Operating Budget to pay costs of issuance fees and training costs, and identifying SunTrust Equipment Finance and Leasing Corporation or Key Government Finance Incorporated as the finance source for the Electronic Timekeeping Project. Resolution No. AR 2010-285 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly approving an alcoholic beverages conditional use for a package store use and License Number 5002 in the B-3 (General Business) District, for TCCH, Inc. dba Wine House at Huffman; located at 1330 Huffman Road, Suite H, on Thomas W. Sperstad #1 Subdivision, Block 2 Lot 5A; generally located on the south side of Huffman Road between the Old and New Seward Highways (Old Seward-Oceanview Community Council) (Case 2010-113).
Resolution No. AR 2010-286 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $1,443,471 from the State of Alaska, Department of Health and Social Services as a grant to the State Dir/Fed Pass-Thru Grants Fund (231) to provide Women, Infants and Children Supplemental Nutrition Services in the Department of Health and Human Services. Resolution No. AR 2010-287 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly recognizing endeavors of the Rural Alaska Community Action Program, Inc. in providing affordable childcare for working parents within the Municipality of Anchorage and throughout the state.
