Resolution No. AR 2008-237 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage adopting the Strategy for Developing Context Sensitive Transportation projects. This resolution seeks to appropriate the annual entitlement grants from HUD, Program Income and Recaptured Funds in the amount of $1,833,994 of 2009 CBDG Entitlement, $135,594 of Projected CDBG Program Income Funds, $823,134 of 2009 HOME Entitlement, $181,660 of Projected HOME Program Income/Recaptured Funds, $10,298 of 2009 ADDI Entitlement, and $90,000 of 2009 ESG Entitlement, and to appropriate said funds to the Federal Categorical Grants Fund (241). Resolution No. AR 2008-263 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $250,000 from the Alaska Natural Gas Development Authority (ANGDA) to the State Grants Fund (231), Office of Economic and Community Development, as a contribution in support of a Gas-Fed Value-Added Technical Conference to be held in Anchorage in April 2009.

Resolution No. AR 2008-265 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage accepting and appropriating grants of $637,000 from the Rasmuson Foundation, $500,000 from BP Alaska, $175,000 from the Gottstein Family Foundation, and $150,000 from the Atwood Foundation to the Areawide General Capital Improvement Program Fund (401), Office of Economic and Community Development, for the Mountain View Library Project.
