Resolution No. AR 2008-90 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $1,807,853 from the Building Safety Fund 181 Fund Balance to the Development Services Department Building Safety Fund 181 for implementation of the Permitting Inspection and Licensing System. Resolution No. AR 2008-106 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly appropriating a $1,639,870 contribution approved in the 2008 General Operating Budget from the Office of Economic and Community Development’s Eagle River-Chugiak Parks and Recreation Service Area Fund (162), to the Eagle River-Chugiak Parks and Recreation Service Area Capital Improvement Project Fund (462) for capital maintenance and improvements. Resolution No. AR 2008-107 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage, Alaska, accepting and appropriating two State of Alaska Clean Water Fund loan offers in the aggregate amount of $433,000 for financing a portion of the costs of the Cope-Dorbrant Sewer Upgrade and Asplund Generator Upgrade Projects.

Resolution No. AR 2008-113 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly supporting Governor Palin’s proposal to ameliorate the effects of high energy costs on Alaskans and recommending and encouraging support for long-term commitments from the Governor and the Legislature by appropriating funds to encourage the use of public transportation.
Resolution No. AR 2008-114 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $43,262 from the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation & Public Facilities; and appropriating $800 as a contribution from the 2008 Anchorage Police Operating Budget, Anchorage Metropolitan Police Service Area Fund (151) to the State Categorical Grants Fund (231) Anchorage Police Department, for increased Impaired Driving Enforcement. Resolution No. AR 2008-115 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $15,000 from the National Association of County and City Health Officials as a grant to the Miscellaneous Operational Categorical Grants Fund (261) for conducting a quality improvement demonstration project and internal self-assessment in the Department of Health and Human Services.
Resolution No. AR 2008-116 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $1,500 as a donation from the Alaska Sisters In Crime to the Miscellaneous Operational Grants Fund (261) for the Big Read Program. Resolution No. AR 2008-117 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $10,000 from the Paradise Valley South LRSA Fund Balance (Fund 125) to the Paradise Valley South LRSA BP2008 General Operating Budget (Fund 125) for the summer work program.
