Resolution No. AR 2008-61 a resolution of the Anchorage Assembly appropriating $75,000,000 from proceeds of the sale of Subordinate Lien Port Revenue Notes (Commercial Paper) to Port of Anchorage Capital Improvement Program Fund (571) and revising the approved 2008 Port of Anchorage Capital Improvement Budget for expenditure of local matching funds for the Port Intermodal Expansion Project. Resolution No. AR 2008-73 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage accepting and appropriating $60,096 as a federal pass-through grant from the Alaska Department of Fish and Game Southeast Sustainable Salmon Fund to the Areawide General Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Fund (Fund 401), Office of Economic and Community Development, for the Little Campbell Creek Gauging Station.

Resolution No. AR 2008-79 a resolution appropriating $1,000,000 as a grant from the Rasmuson Foundation to the Areawide General CIP Fund (401); appropriating $1,000,000 as a contribution from the Eagle River Chugiak Parks and Recreation Service Area Fund Balance (162) to the Areawide General CIP Fund (401); appropriating $250,000 as a contribution from Public Finance and Investment Fund Balance (191) to the Areawide General CIP Fund (401); all of the above for use in the Eagle River Town Center Project for building purchase, repair, renovation and related expenses; authorizing an additional inter-fund loan not to exceed $2,000,000 from the General Cash Pool to the Areawide General CIP Fund (401) for purposes of financing Eagle River Town Center improvements if required; and authorizing transfer of $575,000 to Town Center Holdings, LLC, for the purpose of purchase of real property known as Valley River Center Building "A," legal description Tract K, Regional Park Subdivision #2.
Resolution No. AR 2008-80 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly recognizing the need for an accessible, affordable and effective Spring 2008 disposal site for leaves, horse manure, grass-clippings, and horse-related organic materials, and requesting that available public land sites be identified for Assembly review. Resolution No. AR 2008-81 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $65,000 of revenues from within the Eagle River/Chugiak Parks, Recreation & Community Development Service Area Capital Improvement Fund (462) for facility improvements at the Harry J. McDonald Memorial Center.
Resolution No. AR 2008-82 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating a supplemental grant award of $20,000 from the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services as a grant to the State Categorical Grants Fund (231) Department of Health and Human Services for the provision of public health preparedness and response for bioterrorism. Resolution No. AR 2008-83 a resolution of the Anchorage Assembly appropriating $13,776 from the State of Alaska to the Miscellaneous Operational Grants Fund (231) to the Office of Economic and Community Development, for the purchase of library books.
Resolution No. AR 2008-84 a resolution of the Anchorage Assembly appropriating $1,000 from the State of Alaska to the Miscellaneous Operational Grants Fund (231) to the Office of Economic and Community Development, for the reimbursement of library conference travel costs. Resolution No. AR 2008-85 a resolution appropriating $32,371 as a grant from the State of Alaska, Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs for the Ben Boeke Seismic Retrofit Project,, and appropriating $629 as a contribution from the Facilities Maintenance Operating Budget (Fund 101) to the Anchorage Parks and Recreation Service CIP Fund (461).
Resolution No. AR 2008-86 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage, Alaska, accepting and appropriating eight State of Alaska Drinking Water Fund loan offers in the aggregate amount of $6,720,000 for financing a portion of the costs of the Anchorage Loop WTM - Phase IV, Hillside Transmission Main, Knik View Water, Northeast Water Improvements, Water Data Processing, San Ernesto Water Upgrade, Daryl-Industrial Water Intertie, and South Anchorage Water Extension projects. Resolution No. AR 2008-87 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage, Alaska, accepting and appropriating six State of Alaska Clean Water Fund loan offers in the aggregate amount of $4,246,806 for financing a portion of the costs of the C-2 (A, B) Sewer Improvements, Septage Improvements - Phase II, Girdwood WWTF Improvements, Arctic 32nd-36th Sewer Upgrade, San Ernesto Hoyt-San Antonio Sewer Upgrade, and Douglas Street Sewer Upgrade projects.
Resolution No. AR 2008-88 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $1,603,589 from Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) as a grant to the State Categorical Grants Fund (231), to the Department of Neighborhoods to fund the Weatherization Assistance Program. Resolution No. AR 2008-89 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating when tendered $3,325,000 from the federal Aviation Administration Airport Improvement Program grant, and $87,500 from the State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities grant, and $87,500 from Airport Unrestricted Net Assets to Merrill Field’s Capital Improvement Fund for the 2008 Merrill Field Rehabilitate Aprons (Phase-3) and Security Upgrades.
