Resolution No. AR 2007-89 a resolution appropriating $24,700,000 from a State of Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) Transfer of Responsibilities Agreement (TORA) with the Municipality of Anchorage, to the Anchorage Roads and Drainage Service Area Capital Improvement Fund (441) for the 48th Avenue/Boniface Parkway Extension, Bragaw Street to Tudor Road. Resolution No. AR 2007-90 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage accepting a Federal Transit Administration Section 5309 Bus and Bus–Related Earmark Allocations Grant and appropriating $226,710 to the Public Transportation Capital Fund (485) for the construction of a Paratransit Operations Center.

Resolution No. AR 2007-103 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage accepting and appropriating $42,530 as a grant from the Alaska Department of Fish and Game Southeast Sustainable Salmon Fund, to the Project Management & Engineering Department within the State Categorical Grant Fund (231), for the Water Quality Monitoring and Education Project. Resolution No. AR 2007-104 a resolution approving real property taxation exemption for Tract 13, Alaska Village Subdivision, under Anchorage Municipal Code Chapter 12.35.
Resolution No. AR 2007-105 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly honoring and expressing appreciating for Bernice I. Saupe and her dedicated service to the Municipality of Anchorage’s Election Board. Resolution No. AR 2007-106 a resolution authorizing the Municipality of Anchorage, Public Transportation Department, to enter into a Transfer of Responsibilities Agreement in the amount of $131,371 with the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities for the purpose of developing a High-Priority Transportation Plan and appropriating these funds to the State Categorical Grants Fund (231).
Resolution No. AR 2007-107 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly supporting the request for a state grant by the Alaska Territorial Guard Organization, Inc. in order to assist the Alaska Territorial Guard in gaining the recognition and entitlements they have earned through their service to the U.S. Military and Alaska. Resolution No. AR 2007-108 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly pertaining to the use in 2007 of general operational funding from the State of Alaska.
Resolution No. AR 2007-109 a resolution authorizing issuance of an areawide tax credit against the total amount of property taxes levied for Tax Year 2007. Resolution No. AR 2007-110 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating a restricted contribution of $80,000 from the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts, Inc. (ACPA) to the Areawide General CIP Fund (Fund 401), Performing Arts Center Reserve Account; and $149,000 of other existing revenues within the Areawide General CIP Fund (Fund 401), Performing Arts Center Reserve Account, for the Performing Arts Center Lighting Upgrade Project.
Resolution No. AR 2007-111 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $10,000 as a donation from the Rasmuson Foundation through the Anchorage Park Foundation to the Anchorage Parks and Recreation Capital Service Area Fund (461) for the purpose of improving Goose Lake Park. Resolution No. AR 2007-112 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $10,000 as a donation from Recreational Equipment, Inc. through the Anchorage Park Foundation to the Anchorage Parks and Recreation Capital Service Area Fund (461) for improvements to Kincaid Park and Far North Bicentennial Park.
Resolution No. AR 2007-113 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $20,000 as a donation from Mr. Partusch and the Rasmuson Foundation through the Anchorage Park Foundation to the Anchorage Parks and Recreation Capital Service Area Fund (461) for capital improvements to the Little League fields in the Mountain View and Northeast neighborhoods. Resolution No. AR 2007-114 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating when tendered $2,375,000 from the Federal Aviation Administration Airport Improvement Program Grant, and $62,500 from the State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities Grant, and $62,500 from Airport Unrestricted Net Assets to Merrill Field’s Capital Improvement Fund for the 2007 Merrill Field Rehabilitative Aprons (Phase-2) And Security Upgrades.
Resolution No. AR 2007-115 a resolution appropriating $232,088 from a State of Alaska Department of transportation & Public Facilities (ADOT&PF) Transfer of Responsibilities Agreement (TORA) with the Municipality of Anchorage (MOA) to the State Categorical Grants Fund (231) under the MOA Traffic Department for the Anchorage Bike and Pedestrian Safety Campaign. Resolution No. AR 2007-116 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage renaming Town Square Park as "Ruth Moulton Town Square Park".
