Resolution No. AR 2006-60 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly approving a minor amendment to an existing alcoholic beverages conditional use in the B-2C Central Business – Periphery District for a beverage dispensary license and two duplicate beverage dispensary licenses per AMC 21.40.170 D.14 for Platinum Jaxx, Inc., dba Platinum Jaxx Bar and Grill, located at 901 West Sixth Avenue, Original Townsite, Block 55, Lots 10 and 12A; generally located on the north west corner of West Sixth Avenue and I Street (Downtown Community Council) (Case 2006-039). Resolution No. AR 2006-62 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly appropriating the sum of $14,405 from the Bureau of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice and $500 as a contribution from the Anchorage Metropolitan Police Service Area Fund (151), Anchorage Police Department 2006 Operating Budget to the Federal Categorical Grants Fund (241) Anchorage Police Department for the Bullet Proof Vest Partnership Program. Resolution No. AR 2006-70 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $10,000 from AT&T Alascom to the Miscellaneous Operational Grants Fund (261) for the “Good News, Great Kids” Program. Resolution No. AR 2006-71 a resolution appropriating $50,200 from a State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (ADOT&PF) Federal Highway Safety Grant to the Municipality of Anchorage (MOA) to the State Categorical Grants Fund (231) under the MOA Traffic Department for the Anchorage Pedestrian/Bicycle/Vehicle Safety Program.
Resolution No. AR 2006-72 a resolution of the anchorage Municipal Assembly supporting the inclusion of a placeholder for a separate chapter in the Final Draft of Title 21 of the Anchorage Municipal Code to include the community of Chugiak-Eagle River. Resolution No. AR 2006-73 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $20,000 as a grant from the State of Alaska Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management and appropriating $700 as a contribution from the 2006 Anchorage Police Operating Budget, Anchorage Metropolitan Police Service Area Fund (151) to the State Categorical Grants Fund (231) for the purchase of terrorism response and prevention equipment for the Office of the Municipal Manager and the Emergency Operations Center.

Resolution No. AR 2006-77 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating the sum of $4,236 from the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation & Public Facilities and $2,919 as a contribution from the 2006 Anchorage Police Operating Budget, Anchorage Metropolitan Police Service Area Fund (151) to the State Categorical Grants Fund (231) Anchorage Police Department, for the Drug Recognition Expert Instructor Course Program.
Resolution No. AR 2006-78 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $1,500 from the Anchorage Cabaret Hotel Restaurant Association to the Miscellaneous Operational Grants Fund (261) for Community Service Patrol and Transfer Station services through the Department of Health and Human Services. Resolution No. AR 2006-79 a resolution of the Anchorage Assembly approving in concept the Anchorage Bowl Land Use Plan Map and stating the intent to, upon further review of the land use designations and narrative, adopt the Land Use Plan Map as an amendment to the Anchorage Bowl Comprehensive Plan, concurrent with adoption of the rewrite of Title 21.
Resolution No. AR 2006-80 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage, Alaska, approving water main extensions identified as NE Anchorage Water Improvements Ph 2 & 3 and providing for assessment of benefited properties at time of service connection. Resolution No. AR 2006-81 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage accepting and appropriating $2,237,000 as a grant from the Alaska Department of Fish and Game Southeast Sustainable Salmon Fund, to the Project Management & Engineering Department within the Areawide General CIP Fund 401, for the Chester Creek Aquatic Ecosystem Restoration, Westchester Lagoon to Cook Inlet.
Resolution No. AR 2006-82 a resolution of the anchorage Municipal Assembly appropriating $448,300 from the Anchorage School District to the Anchorage Roads and Drainage Service Area Fund (441) for the construction of a student drop-off loop at Abbott Loop Elementary School, adjacent to the 84th Avenue Improvement Project. Resolution No. AR 2006-83 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $67,786 to the Areawide General Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Fund (401), $123,257 to the anchorage Fire Service Area Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Fund (431), $608,016 to the Anchorage Roads and Drainage Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Fund (441), $7,643 to the Anchorage Police Service Area Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Fund (451), $129,858 to the Anchorage Parks And Recreation Service Area Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Fund (461), $35,854 to the Eagle River-Chugiak Parks and Recreation Service Area Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Fund (462) of 2000 General Obligation Series A bond premium for the payment of bond issuance costs.
Resolution No. AR 2006-84 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage recognizing and honoring Charlene Rector for her 33 years of service with the Municipality of Anchorage. Resolution No. AR 2006-85 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage providing for the appropriation of a grant $12,480 from the State of Alaska, Department of Education to the State Categorical Grants Fund (231), Office of Economic and Community Development for the Net Lender Reimbursement Program.
Resolution No. AR 2006-86 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $8,830 from the Corporation for Enterprise Development (CFED) to the Miscellaneous Categorical Grants Fund 261, Department of Neighborhoods, $40,000 from unappropriated Section 108 Program Miscellaneous Revenue to the Federal Grants Fund 241, Department of Neighborhoods, for the Innovations in Manufactured Homes and Neighborhood Building Initiatives. Resolution No. AR 2006-87 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $100,000 to the State Categorical Grants Fund (231), Department of Public Transportation from the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities to assist in the funding of coordinated transportation services for senior citizens and persons with disabilities within the Municipality of Anchorage.
Resolution No. AR 2006-88 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $780,000 as a supplemental grant award from the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services to the State Categorical Grants Fund (231) Department of Health and Human Services to fund the Child Care Assistance Program. Resolution No. AR 2006-89 a resolution of the Municipality appropriating $44,150,000 of proceeds of General Obligation Bonds to the Anchorage Roads and Drainage Service Area CIP Fund (441) to pay the costs of road and storm drainage capital improvement projects.
