Resolution No. AR 2002-237 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly approving a conditional use for an alcoholic beverages (restaurant license) conditional use in the B-3 District for a restaurant per AMC 21.40.180.D.8., generally located on Calais Subdivision, Block 11, Lot 2B; 3400 ‘C’ Street (Wayne’s Original Texas Bar-B-Que) (Spenard Community Council) (Case 2002-156). Resolution No. AR 2002-238 a resolution appropriating $70,000 of revenue from the State of Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation to the State Categorical Grants Fund 231 to the Project Management and Engineering Department for a storm water program and funding study.

Resolution No. AR 2002-256 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage providing for the appropriation of $4,000 from donations to the Miscellaneous Operational Grants Fund (261), Cultural and Recreational Services Department, for the purchase of library books and materials for the BP Wish List Program. Resolution No. AR 2002-258 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating the sum of $38,835 from the State of Alaska, Department of Public Safety, Division of Alaska State Troopers and $12,945 as a contribution from the Anchorage Metropolitan Police Service Area Fund (151), 2002 Anchorage Police Department Operating Budget, to the State Categorical Grants Fund (231) for a Prescription Fraud Enforcement grant. Resolution No. AR 2002-259 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $3,172,200 as a grant from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), when tendered, to Fund 241, for Ship Creek culvert removal, utility relocation and crossing replacement, PM&E Project 02-01.
Resolution No. AR 2002-260 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $74,005 from the Cook Inlet Tribal Council, Inc. to Other Federal Grants (241) for Emergency Alcohol Services in the Department of Health and Human Services. Resolution No. AR 2002-261 a resolution authorizing the Municipality of Anchorage, Public Transportation Department, to enter into an amendment to Transfer of Responsibilities Agreement (TORA) in the amount of $27,000 with the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, and appropriating these funds to the State Categorical Grants Fund (231) for summer landscaping and winter ice and snow removal at selected bus stops within the Anchorage area through Youth Work Enhancement Program.

Resolution No. AR 2002-263 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage authorizing the Heritage Land Bank (HLB) to grant a 250 square foot Anchor Pole easement on HLB Parcel No. 1-090, also described as Lot 17 in Section 16, T15N, R1W, Seward Meridian, located in Chugiak, Alaska, to Matanuska Electric Association for the purpose of providing electrical service to Loretta French Park.
Resolution No. AR 2002-264 a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $150,000 as a grant to the State Categorical Grants Fund (231), Department of Health and Human Services, from the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services for the provision of Perinatal Case Management/ Healthy Baby services. Resolution No. AR 2002-265 a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly providing for the establishment of the Anchorage and Mat-Su Regional Transportation Planning Organization (RTPO).
