An ordinance to also reorganize, consolidate, make uniform, clarify and otherwise amend all provisions of the Anchorage Municipal Code Titles 2, 10 and 21 relating to or regulating alcoholic beverages, the Assembly's issuance of conditional use permits and protests of the issuance, renewal, transfer and continued operation of persons and premises licensed to sell alcoholic beverages.
