League of Women Voters Ballot Review for April 6, 2021 Election

Election Center Tours

MOA Elections is offering tours of the Election Center. Come learn how ballots are processed for municipal vote at home/vote by mail elections!

Each tour is limited to six people to allow for social distancing, and registration is required. Face masks must be worn properly at all times during the tour.

Tuesday, March 2 at 5:30 p.m.

Thursday, March 4, at 5:30 p.m.

Saturday, March 6, at 10:30 a.m.

Tuesday, March 9 at 5:30 p.m.

Thursday, March 11, at 5:30 p.m.

Saturday, March 13, at 10:30 a.m.

Temporary Address Applications

Ballot packages will be mailed to qualified Anchorage voters on March 15, 2021. To receive your ballot package at an address other than your Voter Registration mailing address, please fill out an Application to Vote at a Temporary Address.

General Information

Regular municipal elections are held in April and are Vote at Home elections. Traditional polling places will not be open and are not an option for voting on Election Day.

The last day to register to vote or update your voter registration is on Sunday, March 7, 2021, 30 days before the next regular or special municipal election. It is important for your address information in the voter registration database to be current. 

The Municipality of Anchorage receives voter registration information from the State of Alaska, Division of Elections. In order to update or to be removed from the registration records, voters should contact the state Division of Elections at voterregistration.alaska.gov, (907) 522-8683, or electionsr2a@alaska.gov.
