NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY PUBLIC HEARING:
The Assembly of the Municipality of Anchorage will hold a public hearing on the following legislation at its regular meeting of March 5, 2019. The public hearing portion of the meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. and is held in the Assembly Chambers, Z.J. Loussac Library, 3600 Denali:
Ordinance No. AO 2019-26, an ordinance amending Title 3 of the Anchorage Municipal Code to allow for Municipal employees to retain their cashable leave balance upon transfer to a new employer in the event of the acquisition of a Municipal enterprise or utility by such new employer, Department of Law.
Resolution No. AR 2019-63, a resolution of the Anchorage Assembly stating its protest regarding the transfer of ownership/location of package store liquor license #795 for Safeway, Inc. DBA Oaken Keg #0720 located at 700 E Northern Lights Blvd., Anchorage, AK 99503 and authorizing the Municipal Clerk to take certain action, Assembly Members Croft, Rivera and Dyson.
Resolution No. AR 2019-64, a resolution of the Anchorage Assembly stating its protest regarding the new brewery liquor license #5744 for Alaska Pacific Beverage Company, LLC DBA 49th State Brewing located at 721 W 1st Ave., Ste. 49., Anchorage, AK 99501 and authorizing the Municipal Clerk to take certain action, Assembly Members Croft, Rivera and Dyson.
Resolution No. AR 2019-65, a resolution of the Anchorage Assembly stating its protest regarding the new winery liquor license #5745 for Alaska Pacific Beverage Company, LLC DBA 49th State Brewing located at 721 W 1st Ave., Ste. 49, Anchorage, AK 99501 and authorizing the Municipal Clerk to take certain action, Assembly Members Croft, Rivera and Dyson.
Resolution No. AR 2019-67, a resolution of the Anchorage Assembly approving the transfer of controlling interest of Municipal Marijuana Retail License #M10097 for Raspberry Roots, LLC DBA Raspberry Roots; stating the Assembly's waive of protest to the transfer of State of Alaska Marijuana License #10097 for the same establishment, respectively; and authorizing the Municipal Clerk to take certain action, Assembly Member Croft.
Resolution No. AR 2019-68, a resolution of the Anchorage Assembly approving the transfer of controlling interest of Municipal Marijuana Cultivation License #M10098 for Raspberry Roots, LLC DBA Raspberry Roots; stating the Assembly's waive of protest to the transfer of State of Alaska Marijuana License #10098 for the same establishment, respectively; and authorizing the Municipal Clerk to take certain action, Assembly Member Croft.
Resolution No. AR 2019-69, a resolution of the Anchorage Assembly approving the transfer of controlling interest of Municipal Marijuana Manufacturing License #M10856 for Raspberry Roots, LLC DBA Raspberry Roots; stating the Assembly's waive of protest to the transfer of State of Alaska Marijuana License #10856 for the same establishment, respectively; and authorizing the Municipal Clerk to take certain action, Assembly Member Croft.
