NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY PUBLIC HEARINGS: 

The Assembly of the Municipality of Anchorage will hold a public hearing on the following legislation at its regular meeting of February 13, 2018.  The public hearing portion of the meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. and is held in the Assembly Chambers, Z.J. Loussac Library, 3600 Denali: 

Ordinance No. AO 2018-5, an ordinance to protect the privacy of the people of Anchorage and establish parameters for the use of UAS (Drones) by the Municipality of Anchorage, Assembly Vice-Chair Dunbar. 

Ordinance No. AO 2018-7, an ordinance authorizing retention of two (2) tax foreclosed parcels for public purposes, Real Estate Department. 

Ordinance No. AO 2018-8, an ordinance authorizing the sale of properties foreclosed for delinquent taxes and/or special assessments, Real Estate Department.    

Ordinance No. AO 2018-9, an ordinance approving acquisition of real property, legally described as Lots 1 and 2 Block 27A East Addition Subdivision (PID 003-073-07; 003-073-09), for a purchase price Not To Exceed $750,000 plus closing costs, Real Estate Department. 

Resolution No. AR 2018-26, a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $941,500 of Convention Center Capital Reserve Fund (202030), Fund Balance within the Convention Center Capital Reserve Fund (202030) as a contribution, and appropriating said contribution to the Areawide General CIP Fund (401800), for capital improvements at the William A. Egan and Dena’ina Civic And Convention Centers all within the Office of Economic & Community Development.
