NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY PUBLIC HEARINGS: 

The Assembly of the Municipality of Anchorage will hold a public hearing on the following legislation at its regular meeting of July 25, 2017.  The public hearing portion of the meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. and is held in the Assembly Chambers, Z.J. Loussac Library, 3600 Denali: 

Resolution No. AR 2017-234, a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly adopting the citizen naming panel’s unanimous recommendation to name the dedicated municipal park at 1301 Muldoon Road as Chanshtnu Muldoon Park, Assembly Vice-Chair Dunbar.    

Ordinance No. AO 2017-99, an ordinance changing the Bidding Review Board from nine to five members, Purchasing Department. 

Ordinance No. AO 2017-100, an ordinance conveying and clearing title of Park Reserve, Woronzof Terrace Subdivision, to William and Rosemary Borchardt, Department of Law. 

Resolution No. AR 2017-252, a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage appropriating $125,000 as a grant from The Bloomberg Philanthropies to the Miscellaneous Operational Grants Fund (261), Office of Economic & Community Development for the Innovation Team Grant Program.

Resolution No. AR 2017-254, a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage approving a Master Tax-Exempt Lease/Purchase Agreement Loan and appropriating an amount Not To Exceed $5,800,000 to the Information Technology Fund (607) and the appropriation of those funds to the Capital Improvement Fund (608) for SAP implementation, Finance Department/Public Finance.
