Ordinance No. AO 2013-153, an ordinance submitting to the qualified voters of the Municipality at the Regular Municipal Election on April 1, 2014, a ballot proposition implementing an amendment to the Anchorage Municipal Charter, Section 11.01 – Regular Elections -- to provide for advance voter approval and public notice of the ordinance changing the annual day for Regular Municipal Elections, Assemblymembers Gray-Jackson, Traini and Steele.  P.H. 1-14-14.

Ordinance No. AO 2013-157, an ordinance of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly amending the Ethics Code, Anchorage Municipal Code Chapter 1.15; allowing incumbent Assembly member sponsorship and participation in the change of the election date; and amending Anchorage Municipal Code Chapter 28.20 to change the time for the Regular Municipal Election from the first Tuesday in April to a date to be determined, Assemblymember Birch.  P.H. 1-14-14.  (Laid on the Table)
