NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY PUBLIC HEARINGS:
The Assembly of the Municipality of Anchorage will hold a public hearing on the following ordinances and resolutions at its regular meeting of August 6, 2013. The public hearing portion of the meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. and is held in the Assembly Chambers, Z.J. Loussac Library, 3600 Denali:
Resolution No. AR 2013-194, a resolution adopting the 2013 Housing And Community Development Annual Action Plan, which constitutes the application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), the Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). This Resolution appropriates the annual entitlement grants from HUD, program income and recaptured funds in the amount of $1,772,393 in CDBG entitlement, and $591,911 in HOME entitlement, and $59,945 in program income/recaptured funds and $124,916 of ESG entitlement to the Department of Health and Human Services, all to Federal Grant Fund (241).
