An ordinance amending "new" Title 21 chapters 21.04, 21.06, and 21.07, to remove height limitations in the R-4, R-4A, B-3, and RO districts; change requirements relating to floor area ratio; change setback requirements in some districts; exempt development in the B-3 and RO districts from height transition requirements; reduce open space requirements in some districts; exempt some multifamily developments from on-site vehicle manuevering requirements in some situations; and change the effective date of all residential design standards to January 1, 2017, pending Assembly acceptance of an evaluation for consistency with the comprehensive plan.
